Clive Reed has a passion for training particularly in the fields of Customer Service and Leadership. Although his career took him to executive positions in both Emirates Airline and DP World, he continued to facilitate highly effective workshops in these areas to ensure standards were maintained in an ever-changing world.
With more than 35 years in service industries, he understands those factors that raise companies from average performers to the highest levels of excellence. Indeed the quality of effective leadership and customer service levels are closely related along with supportive management.
As a resident of Dubai since 1988, Clive has been involved in many projects including the feasibility studies and the setting up of the British University of Dubai. Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Jebel Ali Primary School.
He has served as the Emirates Airline representative on the management board of London Business School and worked closely with the American University of Sharjah as a consultant for DP World’s Leadership Development Programme.
