The Growth Mindset course is designed to help individuals understand and adopt a growth-oriented approach to their personal and professional lives. This 2-day program will introduce participants to the concept of growth mindset and its benefits, while exploring the differences between a growth and fixed mindset. The course will provide hands-on exercises and interactive discussions to help individuals identify their own mindset and understand the impact it has on their behavior, risk-taking, team working, engagement, trust, motivation, and talent management.
The course will delve into the role of Emotional Intelligence in developing a growth mindset, including the importance of optimism, intrinsic motivation, resilience, and purpose. Participants will learn proactive steps to build a growth mindset and tackle fixed mindset thinking, as well as create a positive workplace environment where employees feel connected and trusted. The course will also cover the benefits of a growth mindset, including improved resilience, wellbeing, and ability to handle pressure, as well as the key elements of developing a coaching culture. At the end of the course, participants will reflect on their learning and develop an action plan for practical application in the workplace.

The programme is designed to enhance learning through group and individual cases and exercises. There are a number of opportunities to simulate negotiation and bargaining situations, practice techniques and evaluate skill levels. In addition the course leader’s specialist knowledge and guidance are available in all sessions.
The programme will be supported with handouts and post course references. The design of each course will provide for each delegate’s preferred learning style and optimise experiential learning processes.
